anonymous from AustraliaWe requested a King size bed, but received 2 single beds pushed together to 'make' a king size bed - which inevitably means there is an uncomfortable 'dip' in the middle where the two beds meet. Customers should be made aware that a King size bed is not actually available. We would have requested a Queen size or Double size bed if we had known this.

anonymousWe submitted a request to have a blown light globe replaced on the second day of our stay but it still had not been replaced when we checked out of the hotel. We appreciate that it was Chinese New Year and staff levels may have been reduced but after four days we would have expected the maintenance to have been rectified. This was the only complaint we have.

Siew Wei Chua from SingaporeI have wrote my feedback and return to the reservation desk upon checking out. Til now none of them get back to me. I have asked for a birthday cake and I called the hotel few days before and said it is for my husband'sname. However when I arrived at the hotel, apparently none of them are aware. Anyway the cake was delivered and the birthday card was in my name.

anonymousFront line staff told us breakfast timing till 1030am, but it is in fact 10am. We arrived at breakfast venue at 9:55am just in time to grab a bite from the leftovers.

anonymousHello,Our stay was wonderful. Everyone on the staff was friendly and attentive to detail. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet was well prepared and the service was very good.The only concern that I had is that the original room rate I booked the room for was not honored. I was told about this change in rate at the time of check-in, however, I had just gotten into Singapore from a 20+ hour journey, which left me in no condition to discuss it rationally. If a reservation is made at a certain rate, then it should be honored at that rate.Thanks,Toralee
